Only the Authorising Client is entitled to rely on the Platform Data and on any report (the “Report”) prepared by the Platform. ESG Advantage agrees to the release of any such Report to Authorised Users only on a non-reliance basis. In respect of Authorised Users, no representation, warranty or undertaking (expressed or implied) is given and neither responsibility nor liability is accepted by ESG Advantage or any of its affiliates, their respective directors, consultants, employees and/or agents (together, “Protected Persons”) as to the accuracy, efficacy or application of the information contained in any Platform Data or in any Report. The Protected Persons shall not be held liable by any Authorised User on any basis for any use and / or reliance and / or sharing by an Authorised User of any findings contained therein. If the Authorised User wishes to use or rely upon a Report, it does so entirely at its own risk. Any such Report does not constitute investment or regulated advice. ESG Advantage cares about data security and confidentiality. ESG Advantage has policies in place that protect data received from clients, and any information you submit to the Platform is confidential information obtained through our relationship with the Authorising Client. We agree not to disclose or to use any such confidential information for any purpose, except to the extent necessary in connection with supply of Platform Data and / or Reports to the Authorising Client. We shall also be permitted to disclose confidential information to the extent we are compelled to disclose by applicable law.
